Historical reconstruction of circa late 1800's former mill building. The existing building is four stories and was converted to use space as both retail and offices. Complete interior structural removal and reconstruction, and complete exterior historical restoration.

Historic restoration of circa 1879 outdoor pavilion structure. Work consisted of structural and architectural repairs, and reinforcement.
